Making a Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our shop, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into your shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on "View Basket" and you will be directed to the secure payments page.

Please do not send credit card details by e-mail.

You may return your order within 14 days of your receipt. A will refund will be issued minus postage and packing costs provided the return is in a saleable condition. You will be liable for the cost of the return via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. A 10% handling charge will be applied if the cancellation is not the result of any action taken by Cosmetix 4 U or there not being a problem with the product. We aim to respond to all complaints within 48 hours; we will also endeavour to keep you informed throughout the process.

Any orders posted that are returned to us as 'uncalled for' will be liable for paying the original postage costs again prior to the order being posted out. If you subsequently cancel the order you will be entitled to a refund minus the costs of postage.

Should the product not be fit for purpose as described or if a mistake is made by Cosmetix 4 U, Cosmetix 4 U will replace the product or credit in full including the return postage cost. No product is to be returned to Cosmetix 4 U without consent from a Cosmetix 4 U member of staff.

Your statutory rights are not affected.

Alternative Ways to Order

If you are unsure about placing an order through our online shop, you are welcome to make an order by phone and send payment via cheque.

Alternatively, you can place an order through email.

If you choose this payment option simply email us your order, we will then reply stating postage costs and total for order - then send us a copy of your invoice complete with payment and we will do the rest. You should allow up to 7 working days for postal payments to clear.

Please make cheques payable to 'Helen Pennington'. Postal payments are in United Kingdom Pounds only.

Postage and Handling

Postage costs are calculated during the checkout process and clearly displayed before you are asked to complete your order. We are happy to post orders to a different address than that of your home address.

Most orders are posted using the Royal Mail or Parcel Force. This means that you are required to sign for your order at the point of delivery.

Delivery Schedule

Most orders are delivered within 2 to 10 working days. If an item is to be out of stock for a period of over 10 days, we will notify you of this and offer you the choice of waiting, choosing an alternative item of equal value or refunding that part of your order.
